Identify common phrases/words in your vocabulary that you can honestly say are not consistent with your image of a respected and dignified person, and focus on not saying them

Identify an area in which you struggle to speak honestly- Focus on why this a challenge and come up with (and practice) how to be honest in those situations.

Positivity/Gratitude: Practice not complaining- when you are going to say something and realize that it is pointing out something negative, don’t say it. (Eventually, you will stop noticing the bad:) )
